These terms govern the Ultimo Nivel Reservations SMS program operated by Ultimo Nivel LLC.
Program Description
Customers who request an online table reservation may receive a one-time telephone verification code, reservation confirmation, and transactional updates directly related to that reservation. These messages are not a subscription to promotional marketing.
Consent and Enrollment
Customers enroll by entering a mobile telephone number in the reservation form and affirmatively accepting the SMS disclosure. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Customers who do not wish to receive SMS may call (720) 525-2526 for assistance or to request a reservation by telephone.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance, call (720) 525-2526, or email ultimonivelinfo@gmail.com.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility and Changes
The reservation service is intended for adults age 21 and older. We may update these terms periodically by posting a revised version on this page.
